“Jamie is not our real estate agent. She is our friend.”
Tim M. · Sold and bought · Client review

People don't call me to look at houses.
They call me to buy one. I don't look at houses, I buy and sell them. By the time we tour, we already know what you want, what it costs, and what you'll walk away from.
You're going to get the truth from me all the time, about price, about the house, about the offer. Then I get you there. And when you call me, I answer.
Jamie Jamie Mazuryk, Associate Real Estate Broker
You call to buy a house. We get there.
Five steps, the same for every buyer, from the first conversation to what comes after the keys.
- 01
A straight conversation
We start with what you actually want and what it really costs. No pressure, and no tours for the sake of tours.
- 02
A plan before the first showing
We set the price, the must-haves and the deal-breakers together, so the homes you see are homes you would buy.
- 03
Offers that win, told straight
Price, terms and risk explained plainly, so you decide with the full picture, and the call is always yours.
- 04
Contract to closing, handled
Inspections, appraisal, financing and deadlines, managed start to finish. You always know where things stand.
- 05
After the keys
The first rental, the next move, or someone you can trust for the roof. "I got a guy for everything."
Priced right. Ready. Sold.
If you price a house right and it's ready for the market, it sells. There's no special sauce. There is a lot of work, and I do it.
Talk about selling- Priced to sell, not to sit.
The real price
The last real sales, the condition, the market this week. Not an online estimate.
- No surprises after the offer.
Ready for market
Where the well is, when the septic was pumped, what a buyer's inspector will find first.
- One call, handled.
I have a guy for everything
The lawn mowed, the pool taken care of, the repair done before the photos.
- You pick the best one, not the biggest.
Offers, explained
Every offer laid side by side: price, terms, deposit and risk.
- You always know where it stands.
Contract to closing
Inspection, appraisal, attorneys and deadlines, managed.

Questions
Where do you work?
New York's Capital Region: Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, Rensselaer and Schoharie counties, and the towns around them. Moving farther? I'll connect you with an agent I trust.
How are you paid?
Commissions are negotiable and set out in a written agreement before we start. I walk you through exactly how I am paid in our first conversation, before you sign anything.
Do I sign something before we tour?
Yes. Buyers sign a written agreement before touring homes, and it states how I will be paid. You will also get the New York agency and fair housing disclosure forms at our first real conversation.
I am a first-time buyer. Where do I start?
With a conversation, and the free First Home to First Rental playbook. We build your plan around your real numbers before you see a house.
Can you help me buy and sell at the same time?
Yes. We plan the order together, so you are never carrying two houses longer than you have to.
Ready to move?
Tell me what you're thinking and I'll reply personally.
